Beam 2 to point five 13 mins ago. Whatever than means. I have also heard that we all won’t be dying until about four years. However Alexander Neverberg has provided an update:
The world did end.
And there was an earthquake in Iran that happened at 8.31 this morning.
Iran have now declared war on Switzerland. About bloody time those Swiss got involved in a war.
Because all I want to see is their army defend a poistion with those fancy pen knifes.
Now we hear that the experiment will be launched in stages over a period of a number of hours so the end of the world won’t actually happen until it’s too late for us to know that it has happened…
So I guess I have to get dressed and actually go to work then. Shit.

A scientist is on the TV this morning explaining that what the LHC is doing is like sending mosquitos crashing into each other. “If I told you that the world was going to end because of two mosquitos banging into each other you’d think I was mad, right?” Er, if you told me you dug a 27 kilometer hole under Geneva and were sending these mosquitos crashing close to the speed of light surrounded by magnets at minus 270 degrees I’d you certified… but I don’t have those powers so on you go you bloody nutjob.

They failed to mention the experiment cost £5 billion and is two years late but hey they have a cool video and no that’s not Stephen Hawkings guesting.

I have wanted to blog about this issue for about a month now but my good friend Alexander Neverberg beat me to it. Here’s what he has to say:
The world might end this week as the boffins at Cern are turning on their super Particle Accelerator.
In trying to recreate something similar to the Big Bang they may very well over do it and actually cause a Big Bang and start the entire Universe all over again. Meaning that all of us will wink out of existence just like that.
However at least we will know that the Universe was created by intelligent beings after all, only ones that didn’t really know what they were doing.
I guess it’s all very well for us to go about our lives saying “I am sure they know what they are doing”.
But do they? These are the kinds of jerks and idiots who came up with the Soda Stream, cheese in a tube and nuclear bombs.
So, if you have anything that needs doing before Wednesday now is the time you should do it.
FYI: I am trying to locate a harem. Does anyone know of one in the London area? Also, I want to dress up as an Indian Prince before it all ends.
